Our focus is simple: thoughtfully made food, exceptional coffee, home grown sourdoughs, and a new generation of ciders, kombuchas, and craft non-alcoholic beverages. Many of the ingredients will come from farms and orchards in the surrounding Adirondack communities, including fruit grown just up the hill at Blood Hill Orchard.
